Topic: Do you have a plan to get real adoption of Office 365 tools?

Already migrated your mail to the Cloud?  How about your SharePoint environment?  Are you using Teams and OneDrive yet?  What next?

Introducing Office 365 tools and features to your organization is easy.  Adoption of these tools can be a bumpy road if you don’t have a plan.  This session will cover why a plan is so important and offer ways to help to overcome and eliminate the hurdles to get full adoption of Office 365 tools and features.

Speaker: JoAnna Battin

JoAnna Battin has worked with all versions of SharePoint (on-prem and in the cloud) and is passionate about the new tools and features in Office 365. While SharePoint will always be her first love, she believes Microsoft has really stepped it up and has provided REAL, FUNCTIONAL, USER-FRIENDLY tools in Office 365. SharePoint will be just a part of the greater ecosystem of tools within Office 365. She has been excited watching the evolution of Office 365 and is even more excited to have been a part of the strategy, implementation and adoption of these tools TOGETHER as an ecosystem! JoAnna spends every day helping people get the most out of Office 365, including creating strategy around adoption and implementation and helping customers and their organizations implement these tools.

She is a frequent speaker at industry events and serves as a coach and mentor for Dale Carnegie.
